If your head starts coming forward in your posture to the point that your ear holes are above your shoulders, you may start to experience poor posture headaches.
This is because it puts a ton of additional stress and strain on your neck and upper back which can start to be felt in the head.
If you imagine holding a bowling ball straight out in front of you, you can imagine how much strain that will start to put on your arms and shoulders. Your head is about the weight of a bowling ball. That’s the additional weight you are feeling when your head starts to come forward in your posture.
