I love making lowcarb sandwiches like this, with either baby gem lettuce or bell peppers or even iceberg lettuce. And this combination here does not disappoint! As always, customize however way you wish.

Here’s how I made it:
.
1️⃣ Start with 1 baby gem lettuce as the base.
2️⃣ Add 1 tbsp mayo and a drizzle of truffle hot sauce.
3️⃣ Layer with organic nitrate-free salami, organic chicken, manchego cheese slices, red onion, and tomato slices.
4️⃣ Top with fresh basil for a burst of flavor.
5️⃣ Place the second half of the lettuce on top.
6️⃣ Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
7️⃣ Drizzle more truffle hot sauce to finish.
