The reality is that it is quite hard for us, in Ukraine we have a big scarcity of ammunition, and less population than in Russia. We were 42mil before the war, Russia is 142mil. They are losing a lot more men, but they have a military doctrine to waste as much of their own men as needed for every single settlement. Which gives them advantage once the opponent's ammo runs low.
