TRY THIS QUICK BOOTY BURN🔥

This workout only requires a resistance band!! You can modify it by adding some dumbbells to increase the intensity depending on your workout and level. 💪🏻 This is a great routine for a booty activation before your leg day, or as a quick finisher to end your workout!! You can also repeat for a couple of sets for a full workout!

1. Crab walks 🦀 - this is mainly to warm up and get those flutes ready. Make sure your knees are slightly bent and that your core is engaged, and back is straight.

2. Squat and push outs - pretty self explanatory, after you squat you’re going to push out against the band while you’re in the squatting position.

3. Quick push outs - similarly to the last exercise, you’re going to go into a squat position and just push out against the band as quickly as possible. If your band is tighter it’ll be harder to push out quickly. 💪🏻

4. Curtsy lunges - a classic.

5. Lunges with kick backs - you’re gonna go into a normal lunge and then kick back with the leg that’s moving backwards. This is really going to test your balance 🧘🏼‍♀️

6. In and out jumps - my favourite one!! This is a quick and effective move that Will definitely have your glutes burningggg🔥🔥 Try to make these as quick as possible for a more intense burn!

— do each exercise for 45s and 15s rest between them. Do 1 set for warmup/finisher, or repeat for 3+ sets with more weights for a full booty workout!
