๐As a former nursing professor, I never understood why educators had such a HARD time giving students the opportunity to review where they went wrong on an EXAM...even a FINAL exam.
Of course, I understand the importance of maintaining exam integrity and preventing cheating....but if we value and place so much emphasis on STUDENT SUCCESS๐ , why aren't we encouraging students to learn from the mistakes they make on their exams? โ๐ฝ
โ We're quick to correct them in the lab, in the classroom, in the clinical setting...but for some reason, this just doesn't exist when it comes to EXAMS.
