Recipe
Boil the water
Add salt and 1 spoon oil
When water is boiled add noodles
When noodles is 80% cooked now strain
Transfer in cold ice water
Now transfer it in bowl and add 1 spoon of oil.

In a kadhai heat 2 spoon of oil
When heat up add chopped Onion
Green chilli, ginger chopped
When onions are cooked properly then add chopped Capsicum, carrot, Beans, Potatoes, Cabbage. Add salt as per taste
Add Paneer cubes
When all vegetables are cooked add Chings Hakka Noodles Masala 1 packet

Egg Burji recipe:-
Add oil when heat up beat 4 eggs. Add salt, sprinkle kashmiri chilli powder. Mix it well till it scramble.

Last step:-
Mix scramble egg, vegetables mixture, Soya sauce, Schezwan chutney, Tomato sauce, Chilli sauce and Vinegar

Add last noodles. Mix it well. Sprinkle spring Onion on it. Mix well.

Serve hot 🔥 🔥 🔥 and Enjoy
