Hey Vlada!! I'm making this comment again :) I'm a professional freerunner who specialises in handstands, and I have some advice that will get you handstands really easily. Number 1 you need to start stretching out your lats and shoulders over a bench seat using a dumbbell, your tight lats and shoulders are preventing your arms from pointing directly up above your head, so to compensate for this your back is arching/bending allot in handstand, number 2 you need to start stretching your hip flexors and psoas/inner thigh area, so do the hip flexor stretch on one knee, but you press your thumb against the upper part of your inner thigh, now you drag your knee inwards and also forwards as well, this will tense up your hip flexors and also inner thigh against your thumb, now after 3 deep breaths you stop tensing the muscles and you gently stretch forwards, the opening up of your shoulders and hips will make your back far more straight when in handstand, and this will make you significantly better at balancing, number 3 when you bend down for the handstand attempt, you try to put your hands as comfortably close to your feet as possible, this way you can push yourself UP more, instead of having to push yourself forwards allot, this will significantly reduce the amount of forward momentum that's forcing you to have to hand walk so much, number 4 when you bend down and you push up into the handstand, you hold your breath and tense up your abs so your midsection and spine doesn't wobble allot, this tension along with the right amount of push into the handstand, this will have you staying in place allot easier, and over time once you get used to holding the handstand for long enough, you will then be able to start breathing whilst staying in handstand without moving. If you see this comment then I hope this helps you out allot :) Much love, keep up your amazing positivity, and keep up the amazing content 🫡
