Paneer Matar Masala

Ingredients:
1. Paneer
2. Matar/green peas
3. Onion
4. Tomato
5. Green Chilli
6. Garlic
7. Cashew (7-8)
8. Oil
9. Bay leaves
10. Red chilli powder
11. Turmeric powder
12. Coriander powder
13. Cumin powder
14. Garam masala
15. Salt
16. Kasoori methi/dried fenugreek leaves
17. Coriander

Recipe:
1. Fry some paneer in an oil and take it out then put roughly chopped onion in the same pan and cook it then add tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and cashews then again cook until all the veggies are soft. Once it cools down, grind the veggies and make a smooth paste
2. Put oil in a pan and put bay leaves in it then put red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt
3. Put the grinded paste in cooked masalas and mix it well then put green peas in it along with some water and let it cook for 10 minutes
4. Lastly put paneer in it and sprinkle some kasoori methi and coriander on top

Serve it with butter naan/roti/rice
