I'm Konstantina Anastasia of Thorobreadlife! I'm a high function performance coach certified in natropathic nutrition, functional nutrition and a certified health and wellness coach with 20 years of experience and certifications in body sciences from personal training to microbiome mastery.
I love serving high functioning 40yr+ executives and leaders of industry, family and home-especially those who are undeserved themselves and have bankrupted their energy budgets.
I started out in the Merchant Marine as an Engineering officer aboard ship and traveled to over 30 countries working and training, where nutrition and wellness were not prioritized. I had to enroll in a second career focused on body sciences side by side to keep myself at top function with the demands of my environment and schedule.
As a Greek 3rd generation Merchant Mariner, wellness and nutrition are heavily influenced by Blue zones, island life, and Mediterranean diet in my roots and in my blood. The comfort of these dynamic resources fueled highly effective results and my creative wellness strategy through 12 years of living and working in NYC. My approach to everything reflects 25 years of education in engineering training, experience and leadership. I obsess in depth over the function of our magnificent bodies and am deeply passionate about developing sustainable systems to help my clients optimize their function and quality of life.
When we learn how to get results through high functioning science based systems, we own that equation and can repeat it, to sustain results on our terms. Wellness has everything to do with hearing your voice through the noisy and busy frequencies in your life.
It is more than a waistline or a food choice, it's your lifestyle and fuels what energy you have (or don't have) to love your life and those in it.
