The only problem i have had for failure to boot was loose or bad ram sticks. I jad this happen twice. Easy fix

I had a total meltdown last month. My £4000+ new PC arrived.. and the fan screws had shaken themselves loose in shipping, along with half the RGB and some other minor issues as well - the wrong fans, in the wrong place so it looked like I'd been ripped off and not given what I paid for.
Anyway, I called tech support and they were aws useful as a fart in a Jacuzzi. So, I dismantled it and put it back together myself. Worked fine ever since.

Where I work at, it is worse than 0:07... literal 100+ Lbs packages are in semi trailers, which could crush those boxes. I have seen some boxes get leaks which leak onto other boxes thanks to poor handling from prior people loading/unloading boxes.
Just today, I took care of a few boxes which fell apart, and had some sort of clean/clear water packets that were exposed... all I can say is, I hope those computer boxes aren't put right next to literal styrofoam containers containing raw meat in an internally ice-cold environment, which especially if you work in a high-heat environment, those boxes are gonna have condensation. That could seep into other boxes, and potentially ruin the packages. I have seen this happen before, and I have even seen a couple of computer monitors and laptops fall out of their boxes, and I had to put them back in due to terrible box design. Thankfully, the desktop boxes I have seen were well built from what I have seen thus far.

Check the ram too, that gave me a scare first time I got my pc built. It was working when it was at the shop and i had to triple check everything only for the ram being loose being the problem.

Also remember that you should always contact the customer support of wherever you bought the PC BEFORE you try to troubleshoot. Otherwise it could compromise your warranty. 😬
