The key is dropping the ball the exact sameway each time. I played 15 years of first class rugby and had to do it with both feed or while running full speed. It's all in the drop. When I was 13, I dropped the ball every night 40 to 50 times. My parents got anoid as I was supposed to be doing homework. So I started dropping it on my bed, haha.
