Well then Tav after she left with Karlach, 6 months later, comes up to Ascended Astarion in the epilogue "I'm sorry I kind of disappeared. I didn't mean to leave you like that"

I LOVE this. I didn’t like how people made it seem there was only the 100% AA option when you have nuanced Spawn Astarion variations. This shows AA is just as complex and layered.

Thanks for this video! I can't wait for these dialogues to be animated in the game. And yes, I would say that this dialogue is veeeery interesting. For me it shows again that AAstarion cares about TAV or at least considers it special. So much that he is willing to wait for the TAV itself to choose to return to him of its own SPONTANEOUS WILL.

Man's coping big time with his "I let you go". Yeah yeah Astarion, we know you can't compel us and are just butthurt that we left.😅I hope they add these lines in the game in the next patch or something. Though I do think these lines sound a little more like Neil's 'normal' voice than Astarion's voice. Idk if that's just me or because the sound hasn't been fully refined yet. Maybe they wanted to add them but decided to wait and have Neil re-record them.

Okay, let's not talk about the Split-6 patch.
We know Astarion won't let Tav butt go.
"Lawful evil" here, is clear "be his forever" - gotta enjoy the decadence with Lord Astarion.
Two options: 1 - he actually let Tav go. Just cools down and doesn't get stubborn (I honestly don't believe it).
2 - Astarion didn't want to let Tav go, however he made Tav a true vampire\bride, but since he's a ass, he doesn't tell Tav this, to be in charge and to make Tav think they can't leave (if you poke at "freedom?") like his spawn. Then Astarion cheats.
In both cases, in six months I wonder how many dishes he broke, remembering that Tav is left.
I can just see him sulking.

These lines were extracted from the Patch 6 files. They should refer to the epilogue after Tav(as his spawn) leaves with Karlach to the Averno scene. So we can actually see, that Astarion can't compel Tav. He can't stop Tav from leaving with Karlach or Lae'zel, he allows the relationship with Halsin and is Omg! totally fine with having sex with Mizora! All this literally confirms the bride theory.
