The side window was amazing in the summer with no A/C. Headlights were always breaking but made the car look beautiful and the old CB radios were and still are cool.

I used to love the full front seat, no arm rest, cup holder or compartment. Just one long, comfortable seat. Three could ride in front. It was like sitting on a comfy sofa! 💯👍

Hi 👋 I definitely miss the side vent windows.. my Dad had a 1967 Chevy Impala with vent windows perfect for cooling down your crotch and for taping off cigarette ashes that would get sucked right out. 👍

You forgot four of the most important things. A manual transmission and a clutch, the high beam switch on the floor, the headlight and wiper switches that you had to pull out and/or rotate on the dash and eight track tape player!

My old Miata MX-5 has the retractable headlights. Better still it has 5 speed manual transmission! Virtually unstealable these days!😂

I loved my 300ZX 1985….t-tops black with tan interior and pop up headlights…that car was snazzy…
They don’t like to make tan interior in sedans unless a higher end or an SUV 😕

In my humble opinion, very best years to live in the USA were from 1946 until 2007. Truly miss those days, even if everything in a vehicle was manual, simpler times without social media and today’s distractions were much better.
People were kinder too, we knew how to interact and converse with one another.☺️
