More specifically: nature is so complex and specific that none of this could've ever come into its own by random chance. Our bodies are such intricate machines. Our brains! DNA itself! Terrible argument. I assume benches have creators because I can watch other people make benches. I can even follow the process and make something similar. This is a HUGE fallacy that no one seems to really understand. Let me put it this way, him saying that “A bench must have a bench maker, therefore a universe has a universe maker” is equivalent to if I were to say “Benches were invented in the 10th century, therefore the universe was invented in the tenth century”. The big difference is that we already have an understanding of how something like a bench is made, but no one knows exactly how the universe is made.
