A buddy of mine called Michael Myers a "supernatural disaster" that you couldn't stop and you could never understand. I like that ambiguity much more than the story laid out in H4, H5 and H6.

I thought H4 (1988) was a very good attempt at a sequel, it had a fresh look, fresh sounding music, action was modern. And an interesting story... H4 definitely opened up the pallet. 🎥

It's the best ending possible: Loomis actually becomes the new Dr. Death and must now protect his longtime archenemy Michael, why would this twist be negative or "demistifying" at all?
