Okay Iām glad to see actual information about this. A lot of people dismiss it as a fun thing, and while it can be fun at times when youāre in the middle of a good plot line, it definitely can cause problems. I myself often struggle with procrastination because of it, since my stories are more appealing than my work. That then makes me stressed, which makes me want to escape from the stress, which makes me daydream, which makes a cycle. Information like this is really really important and Iām glad to see it here :D
