What about overpaying staff? We’re in an industry that’s fairly cut-throat with high overhead and little room to increase prices. While we love to reward top performers, we’re giving away most income that even goes to paying off debts etc. and pay increases are quite difficult to keep up once we’ve maxed out. Thanks so much for your channel, really appreciate how generous you are with great advice!
