Quebec said it was "socially unacceptable" to make pipe from Alberta to the refineries. When at a meeting with other provinces about five or six years ago. Yet no issue shipping oil from the middle east to Canada.

Oh, but Pierre, don't forget. They don't have a problem with tankers on the East Coast. Not the West Cost. As well, oil from these countries is exempt from carbon levies and are CFS exempt!
