If we're talk top 1% just physique wise (so performance doesn't matter), I do reckon it would be very similar to someone like Usain Bolt.
If we're talking under 30 years old, a good number of guys are decently lean (10-15%). Good number of guys hut the gym regularly and have decent mass, but they're not lean.
But it's rare for them to have both.
Kinobody says if you're 24-26 BMI, with a waist measurement under 45% of your height, that's the ideal physique.
Honestly I'd have to agree. That combination of Size and Leanness is quite rare, maybe rare enough to be Top 1-2% (definitely not 1 in a million).
For reference, for someone who's 6'0 tall, this would mean they're between 177lbs and 192lbs, and their waist is below 32".
That's a truly excellent physique, and achievable for most people with 10-15% Bodyfat.

Average in the street and average in the gym are 2 very different things. You see 100 guys, you need to be better than 99. It is not just better than average (which could be top 49%)
