I work in a middle school and this is 100% true. When 300 students move up the HS then after their freshmen yr, 144 of them are repeat freshmen. No responsibility, no actual grade. What happen to A -E, no its a 1-3. No homework. They set them up for failure. It's extremely sad.

If a black kid fails its because their parents failed them don't blame schools. Being black doesn't make you dumb not going to school and paying attention does.
