I'm always oddly the MOST motivated this time of year. My birthday is March 1st and that is when I start my new journal each year. So this time of year I am front loading everything to wrap up my year and get ready to observe the vibrant spring as summer months until they slip down into a slower autumn and winter.

My husband scheduled a medical procedure on Friday the 13th (surprise, it was a crappy day) and since he was on anesthesia they told him "don't make any bold life decisions for 24 hrs" 😂

Hi ruby- blue Monday is a myth created by travel agencies many years ago to sell package holidays for the summer. There’s no scientific evidence behind why this day would be depressing and for mental health charities we find it a very frustrating day as it diminishes the validity of depression being a genuine illness which affects people 365 days a year, it’s not tied to random Mondays!

I have never heard about that blue monday... 🤔 I had a good day 🥰 I spend my day with my granny, go shopping with her, get my eyebrows done at salon, seen my cousin, eat a great warm meal and now chilling in bed with a book. Later I will do my exercises in the app for sport and than watch my favorite show on tv.
