I recommend just going to hardwired it's annoying but so worth it, including getting Extenders that take Ethernet too and routing cables to those. I game out in a shed far from my router but get 400mbps Download wirelessly on an Ethernet extender I connected via a 250 foot Ethernet cable I trenched in ground, and 800-900 wired on a 900mbps plan! Hope this helps!

Internet is mersurded by mega bits per second and games downloads are measured by mega bytes per second so you need to decided by 8 to find how many megabytes you are going to get

Use an Ethernet cable, i get 500-600mbps with it, and 20-250mbps without it.
