I know how you feel i do the same but its ok to not be ok its ok to be sad but one day your gonna look in the mirror and say today is going to be a good day please remember that your a amazing person and that the people here on YouTube care for you i hope you have a good day and you can vent to us whenever you want or eith yuo jsut need to talk we will be here.

i need therapy and i am too scared to ask my parents so my only way to cope is scribble in a diary vent to my sibling - who isn't a therapist or ruin my art - which is what i do a lot. can anyone give advise on how to ask them
