While a lot of people like to complain about this playstyle, there are advantages and disadvantages to it. It cant effectively engage targets at closer ranges, and the whole idea of artillery is to be done from far far away from the enemy, out of view. If a team has more of these players, they have less support on the frontline and get pushed back to spawn, its all about balance
