I think a lot of ya'll fail to realize it, but Rika isn't your traditional cursed spirit. As a matter of fact, she isn't the cursed spirit. Her human spirit is just bound to that cursed spirit.
The cursed spirit itself, is Yuta's Cursed technique. An endless well of Cursed energy that can mimic any cursed technique.
When Rika died, Yuta Subconsciously bound her soul to his cursed technique. Its why he still has it even after Rika's soul is gone. So Yuta's cursed technique is actually the strongest cursed spirit in JJK.

For those people wondering about Sukuna and Mahoraga:
Mahoraga is a shikigami, which are like positive energy entities. So they're not cursed spirits.
Sukuna is an Incarnated Sorcerer/Cursed Object, he came from the Heian Era, he was the strongest sorcerer of the heian era and he turned himself into the sukuna fingers.
Curses cannot use Reversed cursed Technique (Rika is an exception though I believe as she could heal others)
As for why Cursed spirits can heal without RCT, well they arent physical beings, but spiritual beings. They can regrow their limbs.

Some info for people who don’t know.
Sukuna a isn’t a curse, he’s a heian era sorcerer who’s more like a cursed object because of his fingers. He’s not literally a curse when people call him such in the same way Kenjaku isn’t really a curse either. Siouan also uses RCT which wouldn’t work if he was a curse. For mahoraga, it’s a shinigami from the 10 shadows technique so it’s not really a cursed spirit.
