Khada Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
Butter- 50 gm
Chopped onion- 100 gm
Chopped green chilli - 1
Half boiled peas - 100 gm
Chopped capsicum - 100 gm
Potatoes (boiled & chopped) - 200 gm
Chopped tomatoes - 100 gm
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 2 tablespoons
Red chilli paste - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 cube
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Chopped coriander - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 10 gm
Pav
Preparation
In a pan heat butter. Add onions and green chilli. Sauté. Add half boiled peas, capsicum amd potatoes. Mix lightly. Add tomatoes, salt and garam masala. Mix. Add red chilli paste and mix. Add about 10 gm/ a cube of butter and the juice of half a lemon. Mix. Sprinkle chopped coriander.
Serve with pav that has been toasted on the tawa with butter.
