A easy way to get the 2 phase kill on hunter against Raneiks Unified, the first boss encounter of Vesper's Host. Due to the nature of this boss some interesting loadouts turn out to be the best. In this case AoE damage is king, so I used double area denial GLs; lost signal with auto-loading + vorpal and vs velocity baton with over-under and attrition orbs. And for a heavy weapon Wardcliff Coil as the projectiles from this will tag the boss multiple times for huge damage.
For my class I used prismatic hunter on silence and squall for repeated shatter damage and radiant dance machines to repeatedly load the Wardcliff Coil during dps.

Really dont understand how damage works in this encounter, like there literal single points of damage being done then suddenly half the health bar is gone. Tf🤦♂️🤷

Honestly I just through on synthos and glacial quake and I almost one phase of the Boss by myself it's just that broken especially if you pop a tonic were shattered images increased

Servitors are NOT vehicles (Hive Shriekers, Vex Cyclopseses, Cabal Goliath Tanks and Scorpio Turrets are).
It's simply because the little baby Raneiks Servitors are not Bosses (they're Minors).
Wardcliff has a huge damage penalty specifically vs Bosses (I think it only does 10% or 20% or something).
But its base damage is INSANELY high. So Wardcliff will hit anything that is NOT a Boss, like a fleet of 18-wheelers filled with cannonballs.

When my crew and I were fighting this boss for the first time, we managed to trigger so many ignitions that the game didn't register to end the phase. We had to wait till they stopped chain igniting for the game to even let us fire projectiles, but we managed to "one phase" it with our basic stasis builds.

Young ahamkaras grasps reload with melee damage. It works with the ticks of the solar melee I think too. Might also try withering blade for 3 free reloads 2 from the melee and one from the dodge.

I know stasis is strong rn but this looks like a perfect place to use tether + synthoceps + grappel melee. I'd also try parasite + tether with RDM
