That was the card that started my miles and points journey. Then the CSR dropped, and suddenly I had both🤣😂🥰, but it didn't make sense. Now only have the CSR, and I'm able to FULLY mitigate the $550

I have the CSP as a way to use my Chase trifecta card points for travel. I have the Venture X so my thought was going with the cheaper of the Chase sapphire cards to keep AF down. Would you recommend the Chase Sapphire reserve instead of CSP if I already have the Venture X?

I respectfully disagree. For a 45 dollar effective annual fee; it's a halfway decent card. Factor atleast the low normal 60k ur points sub on this card, and the ability to churn it every 4 years.. 15k ur points per year. Possible 3 night redemptions annual at lower end hyatts on lower end properties non peak. Plus a good earner annually when using the 3x online grocery. 🎉🎉

I absolutely agree. Im a bit over chase, they act like they're the holy grail of credit with the odd 5/24 rule when there's so many other financial products to acquire. You can actually forget all about them and be just fine. I feel that they're very conservative with lending, and quite honestly, they seem to be a bit Bank of Americaish. Maybe others have had better opportunities with them. I debate on canceling my preferred card at times.
