God is in the ultimate position of authority, plus He can do everything in perfect justice. This gives me comfort when I think of His judgment, on certain peoples. It gives me comfort when I think of loved ones who donāt know him yet. It helps me trust that He loves them even more than I do and He is working and reaching out to them.

To Be honest this should require an hour-long video, not a short. This is a complex highly debated topic. It has to do with the objective nature of sin and the holy nature of God. You might want to start with the question, can God truly sin, and the answer is going to be resounding easy "no." After that, then you could move into how there are certain things that he can do and not sin in doing them, that we cannot do without sinning.

Not only does He have the position and the exception, but perfect knowledge and understanding-which neither we nor any human authority has. God has understanding and control far beyond what you or I could. A police officer might lose control of his car, but God will never lose control over anything. A police officer might not see an innocent civilian accidentally harm them in pursuit of a suspect-but God would not, because He knows everything and sees everything.

I love this answer, because, not only does it answert the question :) it is actually revealing a shift in the cultural zeitgeist -- the seeming desire to question the authority that has been given to the entities you gave as examples.
I imagine that the ultimate end of this (and heck, perhaps the current state of those who would desire to ignore all authority) is to question God's authority as well.

A wise pastor once said," it's fine to be understood but it's far better to never be misunderstood."
