2 cups fresh raspberries
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 cups silver tequila
3/4 cup lime juice
4 cups club soda
Lime wedges, for garnish
Mint leaves, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Muddle raspberries, sugar and kosher salt in large serving pitcher to release juices.
Add tequila and lime juice and stir to combine, until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Refrigerate mixture at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
When ready to serve, moisten cheek of glass with lime and dip in additional kosher salt to coat.
Fill each glass with ice and about halfway with tequila mixture.
Top off each glass with club soda and stir gently to combine. Garnish with lime wedge and mint and serve. Cheers!
