My sister has a bunch of glamor shots pictures.She wanted to be a model so she would go to glamor shots any chance she got.She had some pretty little green sparkly jacket.Oh, this glamor shots had a lot of good stuff.The one my sister went to in macon georgia

I did have a Michael Jackson wet perm circca Thriller at the time.
My hair was a walking fire risk due to mass product application-nuclear level.
I also had boil level acne running concurrently.
Unfortunately all glamour shots were destroyed when the store burnt down.

Thank you Karen for going back in the day for us of a specific age. Anytime you post I just start to smile; I found The Purple Bike Podcast and oh what do we call it now, I binged ALL of them. The music, the fashion the laughs! I just love the audio biography elements of it all. TY!!
My sister & my friends all got glamour shots at the mall. I just never did I think because I was always walking around like I was some sort of GoGo/B-52
Keep up the good work Karen! Hey I wanted to mention this odd bit of trivia that I came across recently. The man that wrote Midnight Train to Georgia was inspired to write the song after talking with Farrah Fawcett on the phone. She told him she was leaving (Lee Majors house) to catch a midnight plane to Houston. Listen to the writer’s version of the song, “She’s leaving.. lalala” but the zinger IS: he says he’d rather live in HER world than without HER in mine.
Imagine where the woman’s movement would have been had we had a man singing about that in the 1970’s….
