All people with an anemo vision bear the same fate, for they are the only people closest to their god. I'd like to see that the reason the anemo vision is given to those that had lost someone is because it is the whole reason for the anemo vision. To give hope to those that had lost hope (from the god of hope) to freedom to those that had lost free will (from the god of freedom) and to fresh breeze (to remind them that he will always be there)
Of course, it doesn't mean Venti's the one giving the vision, its just that's the purpose of giving anemo visions.
