This fall of the bone lamb is so delicious. I could have it just as it is. Adding potatoes created a body and makes this dish to be had as it is
Ingredients are very simple
500gm lamb shanks
2 medium onion
2 garlic pods/bulbs
2-3 green chilies
1/2tsp black pepper corns
1TB oil
Salt
Water
1. Usually lamb with bone and fat is used in cooking. I had lamb shanks which has good fat so this cut worked well. Beef with bone in also works
2. I had total slow cooking time of 2hrs20min
