Sounds like a bit high pitched raspy. Maybe its the device recording it. But i know a JZ exhaust sound and that sounds off to me.

As a non car person im going to have to say no. I don't really like the way it sounds. Maybe im a little biased because a bunch of jerks rev their engines outside of my apartment every night and i keep losing sleep, i don't know.
