I know a lot of the hard work comes from me, but when I felt like trying to lose the weight for what felt the 80th time, it just seemed impossible for it to happen.

In April 2017 a member from the Backstreet Boys broke my heart and made me feel at my worst, and in 2019 it got worse as I finally accepted the bad experiences did happen.

Fast forward to the start of Covid.

My cousin Bobby who was only 10 years older than me passed away on 2-23-20 from a heart attack. Which alarmed me because he was in good and better shape than I ever was in and I was choosing not to be. (Emotional eating and non stop booze).

I always have said that people come into our lives when we least expect it and/or when it’s the right time or reason.

entered my life as I was sitting outside and enjoying some music on YouTube.

Watermelon Sugar by Harry Styles came on by random as I didn’t have any of his things liked or have I watched any of his videos or interviews so that was first sign to me that he was meant to come into my life for a reason.

Harry saved me in many ways as my story explains (it comes out next month), but I can honestly say Harry Styles helped me in the best possible way and Harry Styles helped me lose a total of 115.6 pounds. I hit my final milestone on June 10th 2022.

Everyday I work out to Harry Styles, that’s one of the many ways he helped me and I’m forever grateful for that. 🥺🥹

Harry Styles has helped me gain back my self esteem, confidence, and I even started therapy in March 2022. I’m honored to be a Harry Style’s fan, and I appreciate how he helps me daily and I’ll always be thankful for that.
