In this video I show you how to raise a manhole using 9inch brickwork. The manhole I had to raise was in a pathway I was building.. the whole pathway I was building was formed using 80mm block pavers, the pathway was constructed with 4inch of concrete.. reinforced mesh will be used in the pathway too.

Before raising a manhole you'll need to take measurements from fixed heights then work out how many courses you'll need to get to the height plus allowing for bedding down the frame.. the best way to set the frame in is to use two lines from your finished height transferring over the frame, this will give you the best results.
