I didn't initially click on this today, because I'm fair from advanced, and only come to my tip toes on a serve, not leaving the ground (just trying to get the technique right before I go further). However, I did wonder if it could apply to all of us. I do sometimes collapse down a little on my serve and bury the ball in the net, usually when under pressure and things start coming apart, and maybe this tip could help that? I suspect when I do this I'm hitting the ball when my body's momentum is curling downwards and that brings the racket face down and thus the ball.
