Later that night, we argued for hours. I told her I wanted to end our business partnership because this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems. She refuses to clearly define my responsibilities or let me focus on office work. At the same time, she gets upset when I point out issues, even when I address them privately.
This morning, she told me that she thinks our relationship might not work because if I can’t get along with her at work, she expects I’ll leave her personally as well. Now I’m feeling completely lost, but I don’t think I was wrong to step away from the partnership.
