1. Don’t rub the “raw” ice on your skin, that could shock your skin causing inflammation leading to acne
2. I hope you didn’t mix the essences into one it’s iffy how the mixture reacts with each other and skin again inflammation potential
3. The essences were most likely not made to work at such a low temperature - it’s likely that you might as well be rubbing water on your face
