📌食材:
1.青椒3個
2.水煮鮪魚罐頭 1個
3.無鹽玉米罐頭 1個
4.小番茄 10顆
5.黑胡椒 適量
6.杏仁小魚 適量
7.焗烤起司 40克

📌作法如下:
1.小番茄洗淨切小丁,跟玉米粒、鮪魚和焗烤起司拌勻(可加入適量黑胡椒)
2.青椒洗淨,剖半,去掉中間籽籽的部分
3.將餡料填滿青椒,撒上適量的杏仁小魚跟焗烤起司
4.放入氣炸鍋,180度氣炸12分即可
