a few ideas!!
if i did a dandys school au, i would probably make brightney a librarian, but this is good too!! :33

lets start with the mains (+dandy):

shelly - student, F, extractor/support: the teachers often forget about her, so she mostly goes digging for fossils in the garden with sprout when he's not cooking.

sprout - cook, M, distractor/support: he and cosmo are the schools personal chef, who are mostly busy in the kitchen, but when off duty, sprout sometimes likes to clean up the garden with shelly while shes digging for fossils.

astro - ???, M, survivalist/support: astro is often seen with dandy, trailing behind him or sleeping on beanbags in the library. no one besides vee and sprout knows what he does, and he is thought to be a vice principle of some sort.

pebble - school pet, M, distractor: pebble is the schools pet, mostly for the kindys, along with flutter. he usually runs around the garden in break time, or naps in his bed in dandys office.

vee - coding teacher, F, extractor: vee is known for her sharp tone and skills in electronics. she likes to make things visual, for example, a spelling bee, she would probably turn it into a gameshow. (suprise, suprise.) she also hosts her very own gameshow for talented learners in break time. one of the most popular teachers.

dandy - principle, F, ???: "dandys school" is named after their principle, dandy, who works in his office most of the time, quickly hiding his papers when a student comes in. he also has an after-school detention; no one has been able to figure out what happens in detention, since whenever students bring up the subject of detention to a student who has been there, they start to tremble.
