SPN mama here of 2 by choice and I'll tell you that if you don't take a little time for yourself daily you are doing an injustice to yourself and family. I know how much it takes to care of children but when they are created especially special we fully provide care 24/7 without providing ourselves some respite. Good job mama.

My reply to Miss Cyndi : You're constantly putting others first and yourself last which is why you often have burnout, and proably irritability which causes you to always complain about doing everything even when no one asks. You set high expectations for yourself that reflect on your children, possibly leading to generational trauma and relationship struggles. Instead of prioritizing your mental health, you're more concerned with keeping up appearances, like making sure the fine china—rarely used—is dust-free in case a guest notices! But I guess that’s typical of your generation.
