Nintendo Switch yes because they're cartridges and should last 40y+ no problem
Discs no
Switch cartridges usually have a majority of the game and will last for decades
Many PS4 & Xbox One discs don't contain the whole game
Most if not all S/X & PS5 discs dont contain the full game
Ontop of that discs do not last forever many people are finding their PS1-PS3, Xbox and Xbox 360 discs are starting to degrade and theres no telling how long theyll last before they stop working or the data becomes corrupted
For example I sold a stack of xbox one games last year and one of them had disc rot and was delaminating itself

That's true but by the time the shop closes down, the console is probably already moddable and accessing games shouldnt be too hard.
