As the new truck shortage continues due to chip shortages I believe. More and more companies are buying used trucks or resurrecting old trucks. This video is probably nothing compared to some trucks out there. Recently I heard of a truck removed from service because the trailer only had brakes on one axle and the cab had brake issues also. An air leak I believe. This would be hard to find for a DOT inspector.
