One thing that kept turning up was the usage of EQ, in the helix world there is a wealth of EQ blocks of every description under the sun. It is an area I have to admit I’ve not studied enough on but over and over again across YouTube, this is HIGHLY recommended so I started looking at external EQ pedals and comparing them with EQ blocks inside modellers. Long story short I ended up getting a physical pedal the Source Audio EQ2. A midi capable EQ with an incredible app and eco system and of course extensive midi control.
