In keeping with the show's canon, all tracks would have been released no later than March 1986 (hence why some classic metal anthems that came out later in '86-'90 are not included here), so he very well might have made himself a [2 cassette] mixtape like this. ;-) Some may find the Manowar inclusion a little out of place/an odd ending, but the lyrics are very Dungeons & Dragons-ish, and seemed a fitting send-off for our metalhead nerd. And if you're new to this whole genre and want to hear more, don't forget you can start a station on Pandora based off any of these artists that catch your fancy and go exploring from there! That was how I first heard a lot of these songs, since I wasn't around yet when they first came out.
