When she moved to Japan in her early childhood, she stuck with ballet training there. Then continuing her strict ballet training here in Utah with Utah Regional Ballet under the direction of Jacqueline P. College from her early teens until college, she had earned a ballet scholarship at Utah Valley State College with URB. Though grateful for her intense technical ballet training, she decided to branch out and explore other styles of dance, and felt it was important to experience different dance styles from different people and settings. Throughout the past 12 years she has had the opportunity to train in jazz, modern, hip hop/urban styles, contemporary, broadway, ballroom, african, irish step, tap, breakdance, popping, waacking, locking, and house. Since 2011, Olivia's passion for dance transformed when she was exposed to the Urban dance scene, and now her biggest inspirations come inside of freestyle. Currently being in partnership with a dance organization called United We Dance and co-directing it's performing company Underground Crew has been the best part of her life dance experience. Connecting the different cultures and genres of dance, has brought so much growth and love in her life. SESSION was created in 2011 with my fellow SESSION leaders Charly Northrup, Tia Aiono, and Moana Aiono as we started to session together every Wednesday for practice and expand our creativity with choreography. As fellow dancers wanted to learn with us, it how now been a blessing to have SESSION now be adult dance classes for us to expand, grow, and share each other's energy. Olivia also runs her own business as a Personal Wellness Coach with Herbalife and is a proud sponsor of the Underground Crew. Most of all, she is grateful for her supportive husband Gary Fullmer and their two sons Ashton and Brenden.
