The videos show different angles, slow motion and troubleshooting tips you need to learn all the variations. If you’re fully new, we recommend you to start with the single club exercises, and repeat on both sides until satisfie before you attempt the double swings. If you get frustrated while practicing, take a short break, and come back to it later. It might be helpful to practice the exercises in this series in front of a mirror. We recommend that you practice the exercises in the recommended lesson order. TRAINING GUIDELINES FOR NEW BEGINNERS • Start with light clubs, and increase weight little by little as you become more skilled and stronger. • Clubs swinging is a skills based approach to learn mindful movement. Practicing 5-10 minutes a day is preferable to practicing 60 minutes once a week. The ultimate goal is to be able to execute precise and smooth swings every time. • When practicing, you can choose to perform a certain number of repetitions, or use a timer. There is no exact prescription about how many repetitions of an exercise you should do, and/ or which exercises you should do that can be applied to everyone.
