And whilst we get stuck in, and beat ourselves up for the thoughts we have, ultimately what causes us the most distress is how that makes us FEEL. So being able to tap in to and utilise our bodies to move the emotions and energies through and out of our bodies and learn how to anchor more powerful and resources states in, is a huge gift we can give ourselves. Remember, your body is keeping a tally of every experience and every emotions. Your body is always trying to communicate with you - is it now time to listen?
