It's a wonderful mix of joyful and powerful Vinyasa flows, energizing and clearing Pranayamas, or relaxing and calming yoga and meditation sessions. Decide how you want to feel and choose your own session. The different classes are also wonderful to combine. So whenever you have a bit more time than 15 min, try to start with a rather active class and combine it with a nice Pranayama or Meditation session.
